Education and Experience
Dr. Elizabeth Johnson is a graduate of Upper Arlington High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology from Miami University. After a one-year AmeriCorps service internship in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains, she completed her DDS degree at the Ohio State University. In 2002, over typodonts and textbooks, Dr. Liz met Steve, her husband to be. After graduation, they moved to Steve’s hometown of Cincinnati, OH, where they both practiced general dentistry for seven years. In pursuit of her ultimate goal, Dr. Liz then completed her Master of Science degree as well as her Clinical Certification in the Specialty of Orthodontics in 2016 from OSU. She sees patients at both office locations of Johnson Orthodontics.
Dr. Liz and Dr. Steve have three children: identical twin boys Calvin and Elias, and their little brother Christian, a toddler. Between sports and music events, and chasing Christian around, their house is a nonstop flurry of activity. They also have a very cuddly and scent-obsessed beagle, Rusty, who would love to be a guard dog if he wasn't scared of everything ;)
